Associate Members
Associate AIA members are individuals who meet one of the following criteria and are not yet licensed architects:
• Professional degree in architecture
• Currently work under the supervision of an architect
• Currently enrolled in the Intern Development Program (IDP) and working toward licensure
• Faculty member in a university program in architecture
International Associate members are individuals who have an architecture license or equivalent from a non-U.S. licensing authority.
