Tour Details

Tour is on Saturday, October 1 from 10am - 4pm, most sites are near one another with easy parking
Lunch is provided in a beautiful garden setting
6 exceptional Santa Barbara architect-designed residential and commercial properties are featured
Architects and construction team members describe the innovative and challenging aspects of the project at their site throughout the day
Special entertainment at selected sites throughout the day
After-Party at the Wine Cask including wine and appetizers - 4-6pm
Tickets for the entire day of events, including the Tour, Lunch and After-Party:
$50 for the general public/ $45 for students, seniors and AIA members
