The majority of our projects are custom residential and public/private institutional buildings. The Project Manager will help lead our projects in addition to participating in a range of other architectural practice areas. This rewarding job involves: Provide overall project management and project team coordination Prepare complete and thorough proposals Have prior business development experience Have direct experience with client and subconsultant contracts, negotiations,and contract negotiations; billing and collections, programming, project schedules, construction budgets, and scopes of work Mentor and direct project team members in project scheduling, budgeting, and scopes of service Job requirements include but are not limited to: Bachelor's degree in architecture Ten plus years of practical experience in the management and design of at least ten projects Architectural license Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends Experience in multifamily residential project types Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills Excellent judgment REVIT software experience Ability to thrive in a team environment Passion for architectural design Willingness to travel within the state RRM has a vested interest in providing opportunities and career paths for our employees.
